It doesn't even matter what sort of content is in Patrick's letter, whether it is objectionable or not to the C66 chairman. The pilots who elected him should expect to be able to hear from their representative.
How does he defend this suppression? Does restricting communications between reps and pilots somehow serve the Mission Statement?
This is puzzling behavior from the "incumbent," who promised in his 2010 campaign letters to be "diligent, diplomatic and effective," and to return to the line when his term was up.
There is another letter he would like to keep out of circulation.
