From a glance at the Dec bid package, ATL 717 and MD88 flying seems pretty comparable in terms of legs per day. Both of them seem to have up to 5 legs per day. Mostly seems to be 1-3 legs per day. The flying seems virtually the same for the two planes.
You can't really compare the bid packages yet considering the vast difference in the amount of flying. There are what 4 717's flying in December. The category is in the very early stages of actually flying.
