But, the second day's interview was really personable & relaxing (as much as an interview can be).
I'm glad to hear this and it mirrors my own interview in 1991. I had choked a bit at a Delta interview, partly due to nerves, partly due to how cold and impersonal I felt the Delta process to be.
The AA folk at least at this level of management were and are good people. And those hired I think are going to be impressed by (and enjoy) the schoolhouse and the training.
