I don't think you follow. They are capped at 9 yr FO pay-that is correct. In this case, 9 yr 767 FO pay since that is where they hold their paper bid. BUT, if the DEN 767 FO BES gets bumped, then the Instructors also get a bump...and can bid wherever they can hold. Now they're on 9 yr 777 FO pay. A roughly $30/hr raise. They don't have to leave the building. It's all paper bids. Just a nice fat pay raise.
