So by the company's own math, pay raises are 2.99% less than actual with the loss of premium pay. Assuming I read that correctly. Not sure if I read the non-compete clause correctly, but it SOUNDS like it only applies to accepting recall to your former carrier within 2 years of being hired. Most new hires aren't gonna go back to regionals from here, and anyone with recall rights to a major has probably already been here 2 years. Might have misread that, so correct me if I'm wrong. Either way, it was considerably underwhelming.
