This is just a general question about the whole union drive, since I am in very unfamiliar territory. If we vote for a union does that give the company the option of putting the raises in the new PEA on hold until a contract is negotiated? If so, does that mean we could be stuck at our current pay rate for quite some time....years even?
The previous PEA has a non compete clause, which this has as well, but there is a new addendum. Open the PEA in the email and scroll all the way to the bottom, Addendum C

This PEA has been released, so if a union filed for a vote tomorrow you would still have the Dec 11, 2013 PEA to operate under.
