The award said for the openings to be filled with republic pilots IAW applicable CBA's and right now there is no mechanism in place for the one list to be used. That is of course being contested in court under expedited arbitration. Essentially they did everything backwards here, even the arbitrator said that we have the "cart before the horse". Transition agreements and amalgamated contract should have been hammered out long before a single seniority list was sought.
