Sort of.

Most of the former UAL 757s are disappearing in the next 24 months. The remaining UAL "P.S." 757 transcon sub fleet and the former CAL 757s will eventually have cockpits harmonized into one fleet but work is required on both pre-merger fleets before that can happen.

It's entirely likely that many UA 75/76 guys will have transitioned to another aircraft or bid over to the former CAL fleet before things are totally mixed.

FWIW, in the interim the fleets are known to UAL pilots as 76T (ex-UA) and 756 (ex-CAL).
