Last I heard they were looking for folks with at least ATP mins, but competititive was in the 3500-4000 hr timeframe with time in type.

If you are currently employed with an airline, you're probably going to have a REALLY hard time getting on with XOJet since they have been burned quite a few times by airline guys that came, did training at FSI (at company expense), stuck around for 3-6 months, then bailed out after deciding that it wasn't what they were looking for.

Don't exactly remember the pay, but IIRC it was around 45K to start and first year CA was around 90K. I believe that upgrades are merit based. No street captains that I know of, however some guys were in the left seat within a relatively short period of time.
