Even 2006 DOH guys (like higney85) are getting downgraded on this one. At least you had a left seat after Colgan was all gone so that must count for something. Other 9E pilots hired in 2007 haven't touched a single hour of TPIC time and I hear some of these 6-7 year FOs have houses and kids too. More importantly you have the TPIC time that many other 9E pilots don't have and they were hired before you. You're more likely to end up at a legacy before they do. Anyway, I feel bad for any person downgrading and it's an unfortunate position to be in. Physically threatening someone's well-being is uncalled for IMO.
I agree with all said. It's been a bad night in more ways than one here. Sometimes we say things in the heat of the moment for impact of frustration and they are taken out of context. I usually never post here but a nerve was struck at the wrong time. I'm not against going to the right seat. It's the pay cut that has me worried....
