I'm a former Colgan guy and I am slated for downgrade in Jan thanks to 13-02. WOW, the last one I felt like I had to babysit was in 2008, long before the merger. In fact right after my displacing into the 200, I had no problem deferring a landing to the FO's I was flying with (with 4000 + time in type) I may have had years on the 900 but the 200 lands quite different. I was quite happy to have someone with experience in type take the landing. I am fairly certain no FO felt like they had to babysit me but did appreciate that I respected their experience.
