Come on, 3 hours? Shouldn't be no 3 hour oral if you know your stuff. All that performance "crap" is necessary, especially on short, snow-covered runways. Any pilot who relies 100% on their Dispatcher to get it right every time is a fool. Mistakes will be made, the more you know, the better chance you have of catching and correcting said mistakes rather than sliding off the end of the runway
