Do you have any insight regarding the application page. As mentioned above it only allows someone to save their qualifications. Is there anything further one must do to know their info has been properly submitted?
Additionally, regarding the rec section from a current pilot. Does the reccomending pilot need to be told when one's info is saved so they can find it on their own in the system? Or is it handled in house?

As far as I know, the online profile is used for reference by the hiring board. (Ie. contact information, to view your basic flight time qualifications)
A recommending pilot will submit your resume, and letter of recommendation via email to the Chief Pilot, and/or when asked to, the Chief Pilot's Office Manager.
