I'm hearing that management stormed in and told the MECs that if they didn't TA/ratify this agreement, 66 CRJ-200s/660 pilots are on the street. Apparently the entire ASA MEC cowered in fear but only 3 of the XJT reps voted yes. AIP reached. No paycuts, 1% raises, with no signing bonus (!). Everything previously discussed conceded on the XJT side, minor reserve improvements for ASA, and vacay low still exists, but only for 1 month, not both when vacation straddles months. IPs apparently get a large bump.
Apparently management also threatened to transfer flying to SkyWest. Again.
After speaking with several elected reps, it appears that everything I heard is correct except the threat from management and corresponding numbers.
