Hey guys, just got the call for the December 30th CRJ class. I got the study packet, do I need to know all the CRJ 200 limitations in there or just the ones highlighted by the gray boxes? Anything else I can look at to get ahead before I start class since I have 6 weeks? Thanks for the info!
For the initial limitations test you just need to know the highlighted limitations for the 200 only. When you have your knowledge validation in sim (about 4 weeks after the limitations test) you'll need to know all of the limitations for the 200 in that packet but you still don't need to know any of the 700/900 ones. At some point after your type ride you'll come back to SLC for 700/900 differences training. You'll need to know the highlighted limitations for both the 700 and 900 by the first day of differences training. I was never tested on the non-highlighted 700/900 limitations in any way.
Just study the bold 200 limitations for day 1 of class. Once you're closer to the systems test start looking at the non-highlighted limitations.
