Exactly. Seeing how much they value "ip/EP" time I think I made the wrong career choices. Went regionals at 21 and then UPT after...no IP, no EP. But a lot of good quality hours as a regional FO, ACMI FO, and heavy mil pilots.... Still no Ip/EP though.... And it's no where close...not for me as a reservist, our upgrade is not fast and furious like AD, but I would think the diversity of experience would help..... It seems like there are a LOT of AD guys out there looking for jobs. Guess I'll keep plugging along. They will get to my kind eventually!
