I have said this before, and I mean it sincerely; please read the whole contract, make a decision based on what you think is right and what you think is wrong, but for gods sake don't open one section and say definitely yes or definitely no. No TA would ever get passed with that attitude. Sometimes you have to give up some scheduling perks for $. Its more about the overall plus vs minus. We shouldn't see pay go down though..
