Honestly you guys are wasting your time. I signed it in 2011 with it in there. My legal advice said it is only if you use the exact same training for another job. Such as leaving JB to go fly a part 91 or 125 operated aircraft that the certificate holder or insurance company accepted JB's training docs. You guys are reading way to far into this non compete clause. They can't stop you from leaving to go to another job. They won't waste the money on trying to enforce a training contract when it is illegal in most states to be forced to sign one as a condition of employment.
