I am not sure how long you have been at the airline but improvements in my tenure have only come post 10% attrition.
Been here 7 years. Who I'm singling out are the guys who are using this place as a stepping stone to further there careers. If they want to do that that's fine but you "pay to play" I came here and believed the juice and it took me about 6 mos to see through the lies. I did, however and still do, believe that every pilot needs a union to protect them PERIOD!! Like it or not this is my airline and I want what's best for it and us and job hoppers are not it.
