The majors and regionals are the best option for employment and are at the top of my list for prospects. However, Im looking for something that will allow me to be home more.

An ART/AGR slot would be perfect but i dont even want to bring that up in my Squadron because im so new.

I guess im just wondering if there is anything that i am overlooking. Having a family has changed my prrspective on the airlines and so many people have told me its difficult to maintain a good balanace.

Maybe im not being very realistic and will just have to suck up another 4 or 5 years of hard work and flying.
