MCI is barely a month old base.. it will take a while for the relative seniority to level itself out, though I expect it will go quite junior eventually. As a new hire with the way things are moving, I'm going to go out on a limb and say you'd be holding a line within a year or sooner at the most junior base.

Anyways, welcome aboard! It's not all doom and gloom as these forums may elude.. Even as a 7-year FO (time to upgrade officially shrinking finally) I still have a good time working and work with some darn good folks.. though I'm EWR based (good luck if you end up in IAH) (kidding..)
