I'm not aware of any regional that allows you to drop Mil while retaining your guarantee on RSV or that would allow a pilot on RSV to pick up on days off above guarantee.

Mil leave almost always drops your guarantee a pro-data amount under most contracts. A line holder will also usually have his guarantee reduced by the amount the dropped trip takes him below guarantee.
