12 Globals by the end of the year, our fleet of 20 G-450/550s will be kept until 2020... The company can't sell the G-IVs, so they'll be kept until 2017

Are those 12 Globals in the US fleet alone or in the combined US & Netjets Europe fleets?
Are the Globals sourcing their pilots from the Gulfstream fleet (i.e., former NJI pilots) or are legacy NJA pilots getting to move into them too? I would think the former NJI guys would want to stick to their Gulfstreams.
