I'd bet this advert is not really geared nor aimed at many US triple pilots, but rather those of us who are either in the Middle East or Asia wanting to get back to the US with the JFK base. There are quite a few now that they've been at places like Emirates, Etihad and Qatar and have gone from new hire to left seat in 3 short years.

At my middle east airline we have several 30 year old US 777 captains and a few mid 30 year old TRE's (check airmen designee's) as well.

A large number of US pilots left the US airline industry in the last decade and they're wanting to go back!!
