Did the mention who they were trying to target with the non-compete? Who is it directed towards? Not every pilot who leaves, because - for example - an Eagle pilot comes to JetBlue and then leaves to go to Delta or SWA - if I'm reading the non compete correctly that is permissible.

So an Eagle pilot comes here and leaves at 1.5 years to go to American, he would be the guy they could go after.
I think the fact that none of us even really knew or cared about it before speaks volumes of the company's intent to use it.
But Rob did say in a worst case they could.
