I graduated with honors and an engineering degree, never failed a checkride, and have 91 (corporate)/135 (charter)/121 (regional) experience. I've applied to United/Delta/American/US Air/Atlas/jetBlue. Several internal LORs and outside LORs. I haven't heard a peep from anywhere! So I'm not so sure STEM degrees and a high GPA count for that much.

It's frustrating, particularly when I've seen people less qualified than me get called. But it is what it is! I'll keep plugging away, and am doing my best to stay positive.
