Once again 2 things that make this nothing to worry about. 1st it is illegal (if you are forced to sign a training contract as terms of your employment)in most states, defenatly New York, Mass and California. Florida is the only state where this clause may be legal. 2nd there is no monetary value to the training in your PEA. It is a scare tactic to make you think twice before leaving. If we loose 76 next year we won't be parking airplanes if we loose 276 that might be a different story.
