Are the Globals sourcing their pilots from the Gulfstream fleet (i.e., former NJI pilots) or are legacy NJA pilots getting to move into them too? I would think the former NJI guys would want to stick to their Gulfstreams.
the former NJI guys love their Gulfstreams, they're always talking about how it used to be, and perhaps the company might "order some G-650s". They love their Gulfstreams, but i think they're in denial.... The company has moved on, Globals are the future, and they haven't accepted that.
Globals are going by seniority, although a few VERY senior Gulfstream guys were displaced into that fleet.
We have 12 Globals on property, 10 in the U.S, 2 with NJE
