But integrity matters a lot to me, and what I heard from leadership during my bluing was a lot different from what I now see on paper. I'd much rather they be up front and explain why they can't pay a competitive wage with competitive work rules and benefits than to put spoilers and paint on a Pinto and call it a Mustang.
