Look, I agree that ALPA has it's issues and honestly I am not a fan of them at all. At the same time, on the call with management yesterday he sat there and told us we have a choice and input in this situation. You can sign their PEA or not sign it. WOW I really feel special In this direct relationship. Many below average things are still in this new contract.

Section 6 will allow us to negotiate. Yes you are correct in saying concessions would be prob brought up. Negotiating means you may have to give something up. I just strongly believe at this point in time in the industry we have an upper hand because they say they want people to come here. This PEA is not the answer!! I'm sorry to vent on the hiring section here. Overall I am happy to work here and I enjoy the people I work with. But I want this job/ career to last and we need something better than this one sided deal. Carry on.
