Talked with a Netjets pilot last week and he said internal movement between fleets is nonexistent. But aren't certain fleets being deactivated while newer airplanes are coming in like the Globals and the Phenoms? If you are a mid-level XLS Captain, are you really stuck in that position for awhile - or would you expect movement in a year or two as more Globals and CL350s start to arrive? Are Xs and G200s on their way out as the newer Challengers arrive?

The XLS guy I talked to was negative about internal movement. What about switching FO seats from small cabin to large cabin aircraft like the Gulfstreams or Falcons? How often do you guys get to bid on other seats?
