Absolutely correct as far as the crew goes. A jumpseater might eb able to take video, although he's technically part of the crew and I suppose the FAA might prefer that he watch for traffic or something...not sure how that would play.

But definitely not good for the crew, I know a guy who got fired for doing exactly that.
