Traditionally, the pay rate included a hourly rate x 8 hours a day while in theater. Then there was an "incentive" pay". Now, there is still an hourly rate which appears to be dramatically lower than in years past and what they call an "H&H" rate which is 70% of your base pay x some number. There is also a small per diem rate on top of that.
L3 has kept their pay where it has been for a long time. Most others, are dropping like a stone.
