Why not rip on pilot's for working for sub par wages. Without these sellouts these companies could not exist, leaving the flying and the jobs for the better companies. My company and some of the others have to lower their standards ie. pay to compete. I know this is capitalism but these people need to be held accountable for who the work for. So much of this industry is based on what other pilots are getting paid to do the same work. WE HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO RAISE THE BAR and put mesa out of business. Do not apply, do not work for these companies. If you do, join the mass exodus and get out.
