MSP could be 6 months or more...really depends on attrition and how the staffing works out with the CRJ and Saab upgrades.
Initial training is 1 week of indoctrination, 1 week of general subjects, 2 weeks of systems, 2 weeks of sim (roughly). Total of 5.5-6 weeks here in Eagan. IOE will start soon after training is done and then you will begin your "green line" or consolodation of knowledge flying the line in your domicile.
Our seniority list ends at 580 today. Next week we will add 32 more, so 612 in round numbers. Depending where you fall in your class on the 7th, you will be in the 613-627 range. By the time we get all 36 CRJ's by the end of 08, you stand a good chance of having at least one opportunity to upgrade. We are still losing about 10-15 per month to greener pastures.
