I don't disagree with some of your statements. However, ALL the other labor groups have negotiated raises since our pay cut 2 years ago.

Also, given that something like only one third of recalled United pilots have opted to return to work, I don't think there will be very many scabs willing to cross if there is a strike. (assuming we are even allowed to strike).
