Carl made the point that Delta was/is looking for certain traits (or the absence of certain traits) during the psych eval. Maybe I fooled the shrink and slipped through the cracks, but as a former South guy, I don't think Carl is remotely controversial by stating that. Otherwise, why would Delta invest big money for that evaluation?

Seems to me that the folks who are most up-in-arms about Carl's assertion are acting extremely defensively. Why is that?
