So... I got to thinking about the Condè Nast Traveler's readers' choice awards for the top 10 airlines in the United States. Even though we made the list at #8, only 39.3% of the respondents rated us as "excellent" or "very good."

Individual candidates are judged on a set of criteria relevant to their category, based on a standard five-point scale: excellent, very good, good, fair, and poor. The percentage of excellent and very good ratings determines the final score published here.
Which means 60.7% of the readers rated us as "good, fair, and poor." I also wonder who else we were up against, as not very many other carriers that aren't on the list provide lift under their own name.
