I fly all the time with guys with their calculators out and saying if I fly 90 hours a month and sell 10 to 12 hours PTO I will be at 100. Then your wife wants to go on vacation so you use 24.5 hours or 35 whichever but since you are selling PTO back you dont gain, therefore your pot will dry up. So it seems that the window will open up fo hiring next week. Just remember two year Mickey Mouse contract if you leave you pay. How childish but smart. You need to experience it, still a fun job but the ELT always gets us in the end game.
