(1) If you knew taking this action would be viewed as inappropriate, why did you do it?

(2) Do you suggest we report violations we observe pilots making to that other enforcement agency, the FAA? Hey, first reporters often get immunity ... must be great to protect your career the DPA way.

(3) There is absolutely no evidence, or even credible suggestion, that anyone was working for the Delta Pilot Network or Pilot 2 Pilot (which as far as I know are the so called "Special Committee")
