Currently SkyWest has only announced ORD as a pilot domicile for the E175 but over time we expect pilot domiciles to open further west. It will be awhile before any new hires are placed into it. Especially if the pay rates come out and are equal to the -900 with no BHO, which is what we are expecting. If this happens you'll see more Sr FO's bid over once the pay, hubs, routes and seniority becomes clearer.

For now just focus on getting hired if you're not already here. Once on the list it's just a matter of time until you can bid over.
