Hate to break it too you, but since I was born in 1972 and started flying at age 16, I can't relate to the 28 years. But, since I've been flying professionally since 1998 in the military/civilian 99.9% of the the guys/gals I've flown with are great guys/gals. Didn't need a shrink........Don't forget, it's a two way streak......you may be the tool of the crew........it takes two to tango....and no shrink involved....
Delta has close to the same interview that they had in the 80's. They do it there way. It seems to work well. I have been with Delta for 7 years and have only had 2 Captains that I didn't enjoy flying with.
