WARich, for a guy who seems to want to work for Delta you sure do a lot of complaining. People much smarter than I have determined a way to interview pilots. They get it right the overwhelming majority of the time, as nearly everyone I've flown with in my 13 years at the company has been both a good person and a good pilot. If you ever get an interview you might want to change your attitude. The process is designed to weed that stuff out. BTW, I'm a civilian who had one letter of rec. Seem normal to you?
