WARich, I've noticed you in about 4 threads now... and I've got to say, every time it hasn't been a good notice. I see you're trying to get hired. Word of advice... I've seen you complain and post generally negative comments all over here now. Your personality is coming through again and again in these threads and it's a negative impression--that may not be you in real life, but you need to wise up man. I didn't post or say or think a single negative thing until 1 month after my probation year was up. I recommend you take a step back, decide if you want to pass an interview, and stop with the current attitude--it WILL come through to an interview panel.

Its very easy to feel frustrated about not being hired, but definitely the key is knowing that the time will eventually come. No point in blowing the chance to interview from a few frustrated posts on APC. However, do hiring boards actually look at these forums? I would think that's a lot of information to comb through...
