PSA had no reason to vote on anything, let alone a huge concessionary contract. There is no excuse for what PSA did and it will ultimately hurt the entire industry...not just them.
Case and point: Now Xjet/ASA is being dragged down. As always I hope they make a stand the way Eagle did. I'm not holding out hope. Like I mentioned before, pilots are easily scared.
All valid points....... regardless these contracts have been used to force those who in negotiations into lower paying TAs. Mgmt. doesn't care that 9E was in bankruptcy; they only care about what their cost structure currently is and how they can manipulate their pilots into something similar.
And please correct me if I'm wrong but didn't 9E also received interviews for their CAs at Delta with a guaranteed number of seats for signing the new TA.....? I could be wrong but I thought I heard something like this.
