Well if you saw the huge AD in the USA TODAY a couple of days ago, they are doing that, because of their employees sacrifices, its a "Hats off to our employees".............pretty awesome if you ask me, looks like the pilots of these legacies are tired of taking the brunt of managements **** poor job, meanwhile the incompetent CEO's reward themselves with huge bonuses
