I wonder if this is going to be a chain reaction across the industry? Could things change sooner than we think? God, I hope so. My dad wants to retire 8 years early because he is sick and tired of the B.S.; management getting bonuses while employees are on food stamps!

Good to see the AA backbone putting their foot down! Not wearing the hats is a nice idea. Personally, I think the hats should go away permamently. Don't you guys get tired of carrying those things around?
