We haven't had free markets here in about a hundred years, what you are seeing is the exact opposite of free markets.

Boeing and Emirates are not to blame, you might want to look at who is actually selling you, and it isn't Boeing or Emirates.
They have just entered a wide open market which consists mainly of your rights, they didn't start the market nor do they run it.
