-Duty rigs for non CDO trips
-Vacation bidding/vacation low
-Micro managed with third party reassignments/check ins
-Assignment of vacations
-reduction in 401K,increase in insurance
Basically the pay stays the same but the work rules go down. Not one positive towards this TA.
I was never an automatic no voter - I was willing to see the whole TA to make my decision. And my decision will not be emotionally based. It's a simple "no, we can do better".
