Sorry to be a total pain but I was wondering if someone could answer a couple questions about Compass for me?

After doing the CBT at home during initial, is there a written exam or just an oral? I know Spirit only does an oral after CBTs now.

Is it possible to get a decent chunk of time off in a row? I need to go back to Ireland regularly, so a 5 day off stretch helps.
